We loved every detail about our fairly nice stay here during 1 night. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven. Incredible base for exploring Lake Charles.

I loved it, and I found the staff customer-facing. Magnificent view, a big balcony, big bed, too. The staff did all they can for a really lovely stay. Fast check-in, late check-out.

The breakfast was delightful and the room was impeccable, bed was fine. Staff was willing to help, they are all sweet people. The room had Wi-Fi and hairdryer plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. I loved natural lighting. Its location was top close to the casino. It was a decent time staying at this attractive hotel.
